I developed a web site to list humanitarian projects for which I would like to raise funds in my District. Most of these will receive Matching funds from the Rotary Foundation.
Most of these projects have been collected during a GSE (Group Study Exchange) trip from District 5340 (San Diego) to District 9200 (Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania) in April 2001. The team was exemplary in its focus and mission to identify potential service projects. The team leader was Rotarian Bob James from the La Mesa Sunrise Rotary Club. The team members were Elena De La Rosa, Timothy Kelley, Lori Killpatrick, Michelle Patterson, Julia Stevenson. I went with the team to film and document the projects.
